Maximum amount to not trigger PR Amazon DNA? 08-22-2022, 09:09 AM

I'm going to DNA a GPU under $500 but I also have another package arriving of a small item from a third party seller worth $120. From the many threads I've read here and across the internet multiple posts suggest keeping the item amounts to lower then $500. Should I just claim the GPU as DNA or both items? Is there a greater likely hood that If I claim the second item as DNA I'll trigger an investigation? This is the second DNA on this account other was an item worth under $100 a month ago which I've heard never triggers any flags in the internal system.

There is no minimum amount. You could even be asked to sign a PR for a 50$ item. It all depends on your accounts history, the item and the reps mood that day.

It also depends on your account status, if you have an old account with multiple orders and a clean case they will probably let it loose for ya, like me I did DNA on a 600$ item and no PR but if I was to do it again I probably would need to fill one.
Speculation here lmk if I'm wrong
