Are there any ways to make an affidavit invalid? If you write a random signature, spell you name wrong by one letter or address etc.

You could try corrupted file, but honestly its just easier to sign it and send it in. They are usually not legally binding and its required to move forward with the SE.

It depends on how its laid out, the affidavits i've seen (not that many) have not been legally binding, ofc it depends on the laws of the country you are in.

The corrupted file method has been tried but it doesn't work. They will usually just keep asking for you to send it in again ad nauseam.
