Making affidavit invalid - adidas128 - 02-09-2023
Are there any ways to make an affidavit invalid? If you write a random signature, spell you name wrong by one letter or address etc.
Other ways to bypass signing affidavit?

You could try corrupted file, but honestly its just easier to sign it and send it in. They are usually not legally binding and its required to move forward with the SE.

They will usually just keep asking for you to send it in again ad nauseam.
