Is there any particular CMS you use? Mayby there are plugins for that.

If you're using a CMS, I dunno.
But if you're making it from scratch, you need to first make a table.

CREATE TABLE reps (id INT NOT NULL PRIMARY KEY AUTO_INCREMENT, repto INT, repfrom INT, points INT, comment VARCHAR(50))

Now, whenever you wanna give some reputations, you need 2 run a query through PHP or...

INSERT INTO reps (repto,repfrom,points,comment) VALUES (1,2,5,'Very helpful user') INSERT INTO reps (repto,repfrom,points,comment) VALUES (4,8,-3,'Bad user')

You can also UPDATE the values when needed.
