This. I tried dual booting OEM Windows 10 with Arch and Windows shit the bed in under two months.

Windows will always fail, despite how well you maintain it or your hardware, I finally went pure Linux after it destroyed two HDDs in a single year, now my old ass computers still have issues but nothing coming from the OS, it overheats when gaming and screen freezes due to a short in a wire but everything runs so much more smoothly.
