#1
Hey guys,
So I'm attempting to SE an MSI RTX 3090, and I wasn't sure how to go about the RMA. What method could I do? Keep in mind I do not have access to dry ice unfortunately.
Thanks

honestly I just said: "There is no video output most times, when I can even manage to get it to output, it has a ton of lines and stuff." the the next reply was if none of their troubleshooting steps they said to do worked to just create an RMA request
exact response: "Verify the PCI-E Slot on the mb with another known working video card since the problem might be caused by the defective PCI-E Slot or defective PCI-E video card. Also, verify the MSI video card into another known working system/pc with known working PCI-E Slot as well to determine the root cause of the problem. If the MSI card is defective then please refer to our website for manufacturer warranty request for the video card:
https://service.msicomputer.com/msi_user..._form.aspx"

Thanks for that.
An RMA Is expected under the circumstances. You should've opted for the disposed of the faulty Item method, thus avoid the RMA altogether. As It stands, they're expecting the return so aside from what others have mentioned above, your only option Is to box them. I understand you don't have access to dry Ice, but It can be purchased online.

figured i'd update you. They did the same thing as my last ticket (i had created a new one just to test), they respond once telling ,e to fill out an rma, then close the ticket, then when I were to reopen it with a response, they don't respond at all
