Hello everyone, I'm planning to SE Meta. Buying MQ3 along with docking station, case and elite strap (around 1010€). Just not sure what to do exactly... DNA is defo not an option since it's a small town and the driver will remember handing me the package (they don't leave them at the front door here, worst case scenario they hand them to the neighbors). Not sure I can claim EB on the whole package. Should I say only the accessories were in the box and the visor is missing? But if by any chance they ship them in more boxes this becomes even harder. Any advice?
I was planning to do this through PayPal. I don't know if the last failed dispute against TEMU (first time I lose a dispute on PP) might influence this.
Any advices?

Your best bet is to claim EB or MEB and proceed with a PP dispute if it fails.

They will ship the Quest and the accessories seperately (from what I've seen), so keep that in mind.

I don't know your PayPal Account history, but your last PayPal dispute shouldn't influence the upcoming one.

I'm wondering if I should do multiple PayPal dispute on the same account or different one

I agree that PP has hidden counters, I disagree that you automatically lose future disputes where the seller responds. But I have not tested this.

What kind of responses do you get when mail them? I think you need to be patient untill they tell you their decision.
Yes you can get the game and subscriptions afterwards.

They don't blacklist the visor: they ban the Meta account that's associated to the visor IF it's the same account you've used for the purchase (same email as PayPal's, for instance).
That's been the case with my Quest 2. Use a different Meta account and you won't have an issue whatsoever.

About that game... just go full pirate

If they dont reply within 6 days from now you can start a Paypal claim with a legit claim that the seller is not responding.
Although I recommend waiting for a decision. It's an ongoing case in their system, it is unlikely that it gets lost, they'l notify you their decision.
