They said they opened an investigation with the courier. At first they didn't even ask the condition of the parcel, they just opened an investigation, lmao.
Now they're asking for pictures of the label/package, and said it might take a while.
If they deny the refund I'm opening a claim with PP.

No news yet. They replied to my emails by saying they have to investigate and they still don't know how long is gonna take. If by next week I don't have my refund I'm opening a dispute through PP.

Give it 2 weeks. They're stalling hoping the package will still arrive because of a courrier delay.

Literally a few minutes ago there was an UPS van doing deliveries in my estate, stopped right outside my house for a minutes or two, I was shitting it, looked outside again to see it gone. Its either just a coincidence or they left because there was no car parked. Either way wouldn’t have answered

Just kidding, I doubt they came for you, they’re a popular carrier worldwide, they delivered to someone else, if they were looking for you they would have given u a call for sure

You’re probably right, buts I’ve been seeing UPS have actually been knocking on doors lately on this forum. Hopefully not in my case and they dont come again. Meta is taking a very long tike with my case I’m getting impatient 😂

Hello everyone, I'm planning to SE Meta. Buying MQ3 along with docking station, case and elite strap (around 1010€). Just not sure what to do exactly... DNA is defo not an option since it's a small town and the driver will remember handing me the package (they don't leave them at the front door here, worst case scenario they hand them to the neighbors). Not sure I can claim EB on the whole package. Should I say only the accessories were in the box and the visor is missing? But if by any chance they ship them in more boxes this becomes even harder. Any advice?
I was planning to do this through PayPal. I don't know if the last failed dispute against TEMU (first time I lose a dispute on PP) might influence this.
Any advices?

Your best bet is to claim EB or MEB and proceed with a PP dispute if it fails.

They will ship the Quest and the accessories seperately (from what I've seen), so keep that in mind.

I don't know your PayPal Account history, but your last PayPal dispute shouldn't influence the upcoming one.

I'm wondering if I should do multiple PayPal dispute on the same account or different one
