It wasn't that long ago that I hit them myself, about $100 success for DNA.

I just checked and I was issued a refund within 12 hours. Also, my order value was actually above $150. Good luck, you should have 0 problems though honestly.

My order was about $200 and claimed DNA after 3 days. They offered a replacement, I asked for a refund and bam.

Any other Canadian sites they have been easy? Herschel was as easy as manscaped for me

Glad it worked out. Can't remember if Otterbox is Canadian, but I've hit them numerous times with s/n method with very little effort. Have you ever tried Canada Goose? I'd like to get some stuff from them as my next project.

Honestly, Otterbox couldn't pay me to use their cases lol. I haven't tried canada goose...not sure how that would go.
