im asking because i copped a 300€ worth of items and i wanted to DNA it.
Parcel arrived friday and i writed them an email saturday, im still waiting for a reply right now

the SE was successful and i hitted luisaviaroma twice i recommend them cuz is also easy to deal with them.
anw for dna they always open an investigation with the courier and they'll get you in touch by the driver to figure out what happened, trough phone call or showing up to your door but don’t panic.
First time: courier came to my house and asked me what happened because he remembered that he ringed and i answered sayin “im coming” but that day i waited 1/2 minutes then through the windows i saw him leaving fast so i just told him when i got off to pick the package nothing was there
the courier was so concerned that he ringed to two of my neighbors asking if they took the package then apologised me because he usually never leaves the packages unattended.
2nd time: the process was few days longer because that day the courier (which was the same as the first time but he forgot) asked me for the signature that i made in different name, luisaviaroma first told me they can’t issue refund because driver still assuming he delivered and proved the signature, but told me if wanted a refund i’d need to make a police report
i did it and the se succeded.
So at the end of all is easy with lvr, all depends on the dinamic of delivering and how is courier driver,mine was a younger he told me he was worried because it was his first days and he didn't know what to do when investigation is open against him.

on first se they’re refunded me in 4days after i claimed the dna
on the last one it took a lil over a week

so I want to know how you did it? 

depends on the driver who don’t usually require signature, if for any reason he want it, just fake it and write a whole another name, then when investigation is open insist that is not your signature and not even your name-surname.
but remember you’ll may have to deal with the driver since they reply at investigation so invent a good story of how the facts happened
and stick to it (if you live in a small city report the claim al like 3/4days after good time to prevent driver from remembering something)
if you live in a big city where dhl is the most courier used the chances of success rise

yes if they can’t prove you wrong refund should be insured with any courier.
almost all designer clothing store use DHL  because is reliable and suited for shipments that require maximum care and delivery certainty within the established parameters.

A signature Is a useless form of delivery verification.

Anyone could've signed, even the driver himself.

It obviously won't match your signature, which can be verified by providing your ID document.
