I did a DNA with my first order with Lulu. 2 items worth 309 C$.  They started a 'trace' and told me to contact them after 6 business days. When i followed up, they are saying they have a signed for ( under my name) from FedEx. I havent signed for it. I guess the driver signed for it with my name.

FedEx Is guilty of signing their deliveries.

I experience It almost every week.

Lulu is refusing me the refund. Shall i initiate a disputé with paypal?

Request your claim be escalated, on the grounds you haven't received the package and the signature on the consignment does not correspond with yours.

Also ask for a copy of the signature claimed under your name.
