There's heaps, most are old/outdated but nonetheless, functional. If you know how to FUD, then you'll be fine.

There's tons of them, a lot of them are old though. Just learn to make them FUD and you'll be good.

Just a tip: RATting is considered kinda skiddy, so be warned.

As @prankd said it depends on your needs. There are hundreds, some good known ones are njRAT, Dark Comet, Bozok etc. I unfortunately have not used a RAT in a while and therefore am unable to supply you with a clean link so please do be careful when downloading one.
