Logitech/UE Se #1
I’ve taken a break from se’ing for a year or so and when I use to do it Logitech/UE were the easiest to se. I was wondering has anything changed since 2019 and if so what do you tend to need for the se to be successful. Many Thanks

In a nutshell, they've tightened their overall claims management and assessment, particularly with PODs.

It depends on the method and how well you formulate It against the Item.

Other things like Item value and account maturity, also play a significant role with success.

It certainly does, as opposed to the serial number method, having the device on hand allows you to choose from a number of traditional methods.

I have the Boom 3 speaker. What method do you believe I should go with?

There's the wrong Item received, stating the obvious the DNA and If the packaging/box Is suitable, the sealed box method.

The disposed of the faulty Item method can also be used, but It's difficult enough as It Is and no doubt, Logitech will add to Its complexity.

The only issue is I received the item as a Christmas gift.

I assume It's still under warranty, so claim that It's defective.

If they ask for a POD, you'll need to circumvent their request. On the other hand, If the Item needs to be returned, box them. I believe It weighs around 600 grams, so the weight must be substituted such as adding dry Ice.

What type of POD would they ask for

Either a photo or video that shows the Item has been destroyed.
