Logitech SE still easy and safe? 06-19-2019, 09:15 PM

So, my first Logitech SE was like a year ago, it was an MX master and was extremely easy to do. But I've heard that Logitech has "upped their security" and made it way harder to SE them.
Does anyone have experience with SE'ing logitech the past year? If so, is it still "safe" and easy to do?

Yeh you can still do it but they require photos and sometimes videos of the product

it also depends on the person helping you with your case
I had Rose who made my SE a success.

Speaking from recent experience from the UK.
Logitech require proof of destruction. Sometimes this is 3 images of different angles with the case number hand written (you will need to be clever with Photoshop to get this done). In other cases you need to provide a video of the item destroyed with the case number handwritten.
The corrupt video doesn't work as they require you to upload to YouTube and will not stop your RMA dead in it's tracks if you dont (in my case). Not sure what they would say in the case of a corrupt image but i suspect you would have to find an alternative way to get them the proof they need.
I tried all sorts to get past them asking for video but they made it very clear in no uncertain terms no video = no RMA.
My advice would be to have everything you need already pre done so in the event they need images you can reply in a timely manor to make it seem more genuine. No good getting asked for proof of destruction then having to find and wait on someone or your self to make the images/video.
I would also like to note that when i was successful with a Logitech headset they didn't ask for proof of destruction but rather a video of the headset covering 3 angles and the serial/QR code.
