Logitech SE issue #1
Logitech wants the following from me, before they are able to approve my replacement:

- Product and all its components
- Photo showing Serial Number from the actual product and not from the box
- Video showing the damage part

Whats the best way to go about this? I managed to avoid giving them the receipt.

As with every SE, In order to assess the situation, every possible detail must be provided.

In this case:

* What's the Item?
* What method did you use?
* On what grounds did they request the above-mentioned Information?
* Did you respond to their request at any point In time? If so, In what capacity?

They said they needed the information to provide a replacement

Go to a site like ebay and search up your product. Sort it by new and start searching for images where the Serial Number is shown.
If you don't have any luck then contact the seller directly and come up with some bs like "Can you picture me the mouse with the serial so I can know it is legit, I am interested in buying".

That should cover the serial part. You can always SE your way thru' the other questions. Let me know if you need any more help.
