I went for semi corrupt I used a youtube video and removed the background. If your lucky and the product is the same colour as the background it turns everything black

Well they never asked for anything else I'm now at where they want to validate my warrenty

What invoice did you use man and what logitech .com?

Mine wasn't with logitech but with Razer for a laptop however I do know someone who does video edits. I don't know how good his video edits are though but you could ask him

I've tried using the "disposed of the faulty item" and the "corrupt file method" before with Logitech but their representatives follow procedures strictly so you're best bet is to use a service where they edit a video for you with the SN of your item to show that the product you're SEing isn't functional but I'm unsure whether these services are still active or not as I haven't hit Logitech in a year.

When they request proof of purchase, ensure your receipt isn't from a big brand like Currys, John Lewis or Amazon because they will check it so go for smaller retailers.

Yeah the rep told me he would check the invoice and get back to me via 24-48h but it's fake obviously
