Logitech SE Question 01-12-2018, 03:24 PM
#1
I got a reply on my warranty request. How do I respond to the email? Do I just reply to the email, or do I have to log onto the website? I have no account there.
He asked me for photo of the S/N and a receipt, i got all of those.
I good a good rep and dont want to fuck this up now
edit: i just replied to the customer service email i hope thats the right way

Sounds like you've initiated your attack. Can you share your research data so we can help you?
What is your target method? (impersonation, guesswork, crafting)
What private information have you already obtained?
What information are you attempting to get?
etc...

I realize you've already replied but just for your reference, It's an arduous task to assist when there's no Information pertaining to your warranty request and In particular, the "context" of the email received.
Each SE Is based on It's merit and without the aforementioned details, I can only generalize which Is not good practice under the circumstances.

I actually took a real one that cointains other stuff and added the headset using the inspection tool in chrome. But I read they actually check orders and look if it contains the item via amazon. I hope it works.
