RE: Logitech S/N SE 09-19-2023, 04:55 PM

I have realised I have just been getting lucky. Saying simply the product doesn't turn on is the best option (why would they want a dead product back?) . Let me explain my first point. The products on ebay are nearly always registered (I have gotten lucky all those times succeding with ebay S/N's). I have tried with the g915 tkl and failed miserably after they said it has already been registered and they can't verify authenticity of the fake pop. Using a fake pop works but when it's already verified they actually check it in their systems and the SE fails right there. The exact same thing for Razer with this method. The only options would be
Actually buy the product so it's not registered to any account but still use a fake receipt or edit date out of return period (so they don't suggest returning it).
Or
Ask a friend who has it for the S/N make sure it's not registered.
They really only ask for videos etc when you don't have the receipt.
Also with drops be careful if you miss the parcel you really can't get it as they ask for id on pickups.
