It has been sorted out now. UPS replied to the claim stating they cant find the package and they have marked it as lost lol . Their proof of delivery was 'left at residential'. Just called up logitech and sent them the email and i should have a reply within 48 hrs about my claim and hopefully have a refund processed!

UPS has admitted fault, by way of not locating the whereabouts of the package, so unless new evidence comes to hand, a refund Is forthcoming.
