Logitech DNA 09-02-2023, 06:29 PM #1
FedEx delivered my package yesterday, it was left unattended at the front door. No signature was required, but they took a photo for PoD.
I waited for a day and contacted Logitech through live chat to open an investigation, and they told me to wait 1-2 weeks.

So... what should I do now? just wait till they contact me back?
