Hello, guys! Is there any other method to get in contact with the staff since it takes more than a week for them to respond to my tickets? I heard about chat support, but I don't know if it's a live chat or the same thing, but the page is not responding when I try to put in the SN. Any help?

Yah, Create a twitter account and DM them. They will reply in a day or two and ask for your case number, they'll reply in another 2 days and say they forwarded it to the support team and it should take a day after that.

@ghost04, doing the math, If all goes well you're looking at a 5 day maximum to receive a response via these gateways.

Better than 7 (+) days.

7 days it's not accurate. Last time it took them about a month and about 5 replies from me to notice the ticket.

I'm going by what you've stated.

If you said one month approx, my post would've been based on that.

I'm not from US, so calling might be a little inconvenient because of the costs and the language barrier since I'm not that fluent in speaking english. I prefer writing, that's why I use this method. What is your average response time from them anyway?
