Mr Porter £300- took a few weeks and speaking to multiple people before I was offered refund
Amazon: EB rather than DNA but two sets of airpod pros delivered to locker
New Balance: £220. Refund issued a day after I contacted them via email
Nike: £180. Aged account and refund was completed within a week.
Cole Buxton: £175. Didn't offer a refund but was sent the original item again and a free top as an apology.
Curry's: PS5. PayPal disputed it was delivered to wrong address  and they didn't challenge it.

They were hard to deal with. Slow replies and often in broken English and ended up going around in circles alot with them. I'd personally see if you can find the same items elsewhere.
