My views on this Is expressed In my second post. Compliance on your part Is Imperative, so do as they ask and verify your shipping details. Their response will determine the next course of action (If any).
so should i continue with me SE regular?
It wouldn't be wise to SE from an account that's pending confirmation.
As mentioned, do as they ask and wait for their response.
hold on so don't try to get my 1k back ? theres no way in hell i'm letting that happen lol. I'm going to figure it out but i'm wondering what my chances are

Holding on doesn't mean neglecting It altogether- you're simply waiting for the right timing.
Ultimately It's your call. I'm just posting my opinion.

Their email could be one of two things.
* Verification Is required on your account (which you've done so already).
* Simply a reminder to keep your account details up-to-date (to prevent missed deliveries).
If you don't receive a response In the next few days or so, proceed with your Intentions.

This is my second SE on the account with 2 legitimate purchases.
am I screwed ? or should I just play it cool and wait for the 72 hours?
"hello, we recently reviewed your account for order activity details. your order history shows that you have claimed refunds for items that you did not receive from your multiple accounts. we know that occasional problems with orders are expected in the normal course of business. in these instances, a refund or replacement may be issued. to help prevent another missed delivery, please verify your shipping addresses. please go to “your account,” and update any incorrect shipping information."
Edit** BTW I plan to tell them that I've received the package and signed for it but only received the cheaper items ? is this a good idea? has anyone attempted this ? the smaller items cost about $30 in all and the other two items add up to $970 .
Does this happen often?

I think Amazon is doing this with a few accounts that have more than a couple of refunds.
