Lenovo P.P. CLAIM #1
Hello Idk if this is discussable here, but I would like to know if it is possible to SE Lenovo via the Pal service wa ranty.
The amount I am planning on doing is around 12k € and around 10 items.
I have no prior experience with such a refund, have done only normals (PEB, LIT, DNA) for max 1.4k.

Would it be possible for even someone more experienced, like some refunder for example or are they full of it when they say they can do it?

What would you even claim to get a refund of all these items at once? They all broke down? A huge package went DNA?

Why not hit Lenovo directly?

I wouldn’t know how to go forward with a refund of that caliber. Over 10k€ must actovate some serious protocols in which the process would be i vestigated thouroughly. In addition to the multiple items.

I do not know which method could be used for that amount of items and value. I think all the refunders use FTiD that is then used to present your case on the PP dispute.

We all know your stance on that method @mothered. Is there another way to tackle this situation?

@Nabeshin I think most of the refunders use Ftid

The same applies to a PayPal claim.

I think they will send multiple parcels, possibly on different dates. The possibility of these not arriving is slim. Plus this will require an OTP because of the amount.

In that case, It obviously cannot be DNA'd nor Is It possible through a PayPal claim.

Either pick the Items you'd like to SE, or order them In small Increments and DNA each one using separate/unrelated accounts.
