Ebay wrong item received SE. Got a replacement laptop of the same weight (I was lucky I had this on hand) worth 100$ and swapped it in. Seller refused to take it back and ebay wouldn't send me a return label (I'm so cheap I won't even pay for one to complete the SE ) so I escalated to a CB and won after 40 days (Mind you with CB normally you'd have to send the item back, but the seller refused to communicate to compromise). Laptop is a Lenovo ideapad gaming worth 800 USD.

Edit: FYI this is North America, for UK I'm not sure how lenient Ebay or CB will be for you, proceed with caution.

I'm guessing your refunding it not using the serial number?

Yeah, straight from Lenovo basically. Does anyone know how they deliver in the UK? Do they use DPD or UPS? Cheers!
