My PP claim failed with Zara , they didn’t respond PayPal just said that the clothes were as described. I reported the package as missing items .

How can I win this ? Value is $570

Since I wanted to get a Quest 3 no matter what the outcome, I tried to dispute on PayPal. Meta responded on the last day. I started using the headset shortly after since I figured it was over. PayPal is now asking me for a police report, should I even bother or is it just going to fail anyway? Haven't seen much in this thread about that from what I remember.

some people have had successes with reports on ic3.gov even though it's a US based site. could be worth checking out
