So after ordering my Quest, it genuinely did go missing lol. Was marked as delivered around 5pm at my home but I wasnt around for the delivery and never got home until after 10pm.
Got there and no parcel on the front step, or leaflet through the door

man I hate y'all, everyone here was saying meta responded to u but it just worked me for today it hit for a quest 3 smh..

With the amount of claims probably going through on them some will still slip through. But as more people see its not a sure thing the attempts will go down which will lead to a lower success rate presumably. Of course this relies on them carrying this on which anything can happen with how useless they are

Ye yours probably just slipped through. I've been at this since last year and it was good. Only a matter of time. I've tried initiating the claim so it ends on a weekend, didn't change the outcome either. Meta definitely does respond to the majority of claims now just from sample size. You can probably still win cases, just won't be as easy and free
