If EB is no longer working with Meta because they are now responding to PP, would raising a new PP dispute and returning an EB back to them (with something heavy inside to match the weight) work?
I was always under the impression that PayPal will usually issue a refund if you provide them with a tracking number for a return that confirms that the item was successfully returned/posted back to the seller.

Just a further question for the ones in the know...
If PayPal decides not to play ball with any of my disputes, will chargeback work on the premise of EB?
I don't care if the close my PayPal account as a result, because I set it up solely for this purpose anyway.
Basically, will my credit card company have my back at the end of the day?
