Yup looks like Meta responds in the US too. All 3 of my PP claims were updated now, just started a return on my orders and will report back. It's been a good run for now.

Accidently did DNA for that one so I canceled the case right after they responded since there's no way I'd win. The second dispute was MEB for Quest 3 and still hasn't been responded to... this Sunday is the last day until they can respond so let's see.
