Doesn't work. Application opens then closes immediately.

Is It the same when executed In Sandboxie?

No but it just opens and sorta stays open for a bit before spitting out an Error Code and quitting.
I wasn't able to replicate it after the 2nd time.
Edit: Got the Error Code. Shorter than the first one though

Unhandled Exception: System.Net.WebException: The request was aborted: The connection was closed unexpectedly.
  at System.Net.WebClient.DownloadFile(Uri address, String fileName)
  at dqoqdnwQOND.OleDrop.HandledEventArgs()
  at (String[] )
  at dqoqdnwQOND.OleDrop.NoNamespaceManager(String[] KeyedQueue`2)

The error shows that it failed to download a file, showing that "the connection has been closed unexpectedly", which is kinda sus ngl sad the link is down :c
