No but it just opens and sorta stays open for a bit before spitting out an Error Code and quitting.
I wasn't able to replicate it after the 2nd time.
Edit: Got the Error Code. Shorter than the first one though

Seems like the process of the tool's execution has been Interrupted, hence throwing the error.

Alright It's probably my Pi-Hole blocking something. But I also tried this on another computer different network. Same thing

I've tried It on my test system,  both In a virtual and physical environment.  It executes and Immediately terminates thereafter.

It's definitely an anti-evasion technique. I see it all of the time. Probably so nobody can reverse-engineer the malware in the executable.
