Does anyone have any experience with exchanging these thru A-zon ? I have one never used that I didn't use and forgot about and can't get to charge and was wondering if anyone has ever attempted to exchange them? IF so do they track the serial numbers whether it be by a-zon or 3rd party seller on their site? I hope I'm in the right thread. Would I be better going through customer service or what should I do. I know on my current battery I can remove the sticker but don't know what they're doing 3yrs later now in regards to serial numbers.
