Nope, they have not reached out or said anything to me in regards to it. 11 year aged account though with tons of orders so that may play a part in it. Also have had a few prime policy freebies as well which is always nice. Basically you can request a full refund of whatever you ordered if they don't meet their delivery date of when you ordered or 2 days with Prime.

Did some info fishing at a fulfillment center - TBA/TBC orders are usually less than 50lb. Anything that weights more will be passed on to other carriers.

Amazon is also in the works of terminating the work with other carriers by improving their own logistics to be able to handle heavier items. Should be implemented rather soon.

This reminds me of the popular UPS thing going around. I still believe this is a means to catch fraudsters and they will seek out their money 100%. Maybe not now, but it'll come around. Looks like a US case, I wonder if CA is the same atm.
