I think you are good to go by using DNA.
I am here to ask some questions and share with you my latest experiences with SEing. I had a successful experience with Apple itself even though there were some major problems, Apple itself completely ignored this issue of mine which was a case of a lost mobile phone in transit, and gave me some clues that they give zero fucks about their customers. I had to contact the police as well as my VISA provider, but this occasion was quickly resolved and I have successfully received a refund for my item. Some people were complaining about Nike getting harder and harder which I agree is completely true, I tried calling a different department than usual and the reps there completely ignored my claims and straight up told me they won't take any action, for some reason the usual department that I am always calling stayed the same so for me, the game hasn't changed a bit. In fact, 4+ successful DNA's were made this and last week and my bud even hit an instant refund. I am highly interested in anyone who would be down to share their own experiences with any kind of clothing company and how the process went. Right now I am looking for shoes that can only be found at "About you" / "Zalando" and my question is which one of them is most likely to succeed? Both companies are doable via DNA so it's just a minor question, but I have read some articles about Zalando being completely stubborn towards DNA claims at the moment so I wanted to make sure.
Any kind of feedback is highly appreciated!
