So I ran in to this problem with my Laptops keyboard.
I accidently spilt some liquid on it. I turned laptop off took keyboard out cleaned everything out and left to dry for a bit. After a while I put keyboard back in and turned laptop on so keyboard seemed to work only letter "I" and Question mark didn't work everything else was okay one hour later it started acting weird only numbers were working and instead of letter "E" it was showing "Euro currency symbol" , "TAB - selects everything" basically some buttons show do different things. Then it switches back to normal for a bit then goes back to this mess and keeps switching between.

Wanted to ask whats the problem is it possible to fix? or I just buy replacement? ....

I had a very similar experience to yourself many years ago (5 years), whereby I spilt a glass of soda on my lappy's keyboard.

At first, It was absolutely fine and after 6 months of so, It lost functionality on most keys. I ended up replacing the keyboard and all Is fine. For myself, the spillage was only superficial. Until It's fixed, your lappy will continue to perform with loss of functionality. Before replacing the keyboard, take It off and give It a good clean. It may well be that liquid Is preventing It from performing It's job.

disassemble the laptop and check the keyboard circuitry, check for any bad traces and points, replace those if you can, if you cant fix your keyboard then you'

Not fixable. Laptop keyboards are very fragile. Spilling liquid on it has basically shorted it out, so the keys are all screwed up. Luckly, most laptop keyboards are removable parts. If you can get the model number on the laptop (Usually on the bottom) I'll see If a can find a replacement part for you.

I've never spilled anything to the extent it caused a short out, but I'd go with what @Skullmeat says.
