Can somebody please enlighten me as to what exactly those websites/tg offers ? Like I know what a ftid is, but do they just scan the return label and it shows as delivered on my tracking ? How does this work ?

Im just interested as to what actually the offer. Do they actually scan the return label and make it appear as delivered,lit,rtd or whatever ?
Like imagine I buy a rts scan from such groups, I just give them my return label unmodified, they then scan it or whatever and when I look up the tracking Id of that return label it then shows as whetever I bought from them (rts,lit…) ? Even tho no package has been sent ?
