What do you mean ? You can Se any courrier not just DHL. If you are talking about scans those can work on ups and others too,. I read that refs from amz.be delivered abroad don’t work though

I was talking about FTID, not about scans. I got delivered FTID from Netherlands to Germany, it worked. It's up to you how you do. I only recommended a site for FTID/LIT that is quite.

I read later they have policy they do not accept pre-edited labels.

I resubmitted the order again with the original label.
Rejected and refunded again.

What country did you select? I didn't had any problems with Germany for example. They have a telegram channel with their support team on it. If you would join them, they would gladly answer your questions. I know that they recently announced that Sweden orders got cancelled and refunded because of the boxer, not them.

They don't monitor their thread 24/7. As I said, the best communication from them is on their Telegram group, you can find the link on their website. I know that they can be slow and bad with their communication, but their service is quite good. But yeah, you can try other services, but I checked that some of them have scam reports and waiting times for weeks with worst support than them. So I'm just using ftid.io and not complaining as long as my orders getting dropped and their methods are working.

Sure, I get it. I am not one of those 12 year olds who is panicking about not receiving an immediate reply regarding a 40 dollar order.

Responding once a day is reasonable but when they don't respond to public questions but have time to bump the thread, that's not a good look.
Keeping an open mind, maybe third time lucky and they will accept this order or give useful comments as to why it is not available.

No, but as far as I know that ItchyTech is quite a reputable boxer, but I recommend buying scans from him then FTID/LIT, because you can get the same FTID/LIT cheaper on (ftid.io). Hydraboxing doesn't have too much positive vouches, I wouldn't risk with their services.
