hi guys, can you explain to me how the killer scan method works. On telegram they promise instant refunds. A friend of mine did this with a channel and it worked. how does this method work? is there any guide?

Be careful as Amazon for the past couple months have rebilled people for this method.
As for the method itself im not sure.

Couldn’t you just get the refund then cancel the vcc before a rebill? However, I doubt these scans still work.

There is just an insider guy that gives you the refund. It works as far as I know for Amazon.com. You have to give your order details. Don't use your CC for these kind of things, get a VCC and even a seperate bank with 0 money all the time.
I don't believe in what I say. Everything is just fictional and made for a good laugh.

It’s a scan. This isn’t a method. They have somebody who work at warehouse or logistics team.
