Juul wants to send me a return kit? I’ve tried it 2 times with a working serial that is registered. How do I get them to send the juul starter kit

Are you trying to use the warranty or just contacting them directly? Don’t register the warranty, just goto support and select the issue and go from there.

I did they still wanna send me return kit w a discount code for pods I want a starter kit off it
