They are doing a lost item dispute/investigation. I told them the package that was supposed to have the laptop had printing paper. Lady then verified it was printing paper sold by bestbuy. Then told me to wait 7-10 days for the escalation team to review the case.

My question is should I return the laptop 2 days before return window ends? Because I wont be able to return the laptop if the return window passes
