yes, this article is very true about even IT pros can be a hack as well.
My IT skills that I know perfect is SQL, HTML ,css ,wordpress, PHP.

This comes to no surprise.
From a security standpoint, you need to Identify and patch every vulnerability. From a hacker's perspective, all that's required Is one flaw and you're In. It's obvious why hacker's have the advantage.
