I will use the missing item method with the bracelet when the package arrives. A little later, I will request a return for the chain. Either I will try with the EB or FTID.

My idea was to contact them for a "normal" refund 2-4 days after receiving the package to "return" the bracelet.
On arrival, I'll immediatley contact them due to the "missing" chain.

Exactly. I still have to decide whether I box them or use FTID. So far I hadn't had any bad experiences with it. fingers crossed

One of my favourite methods that I feel most comfortable doing these days haha, The BIG item you want to SE and something of lesser value. SE the BIG item and at a later date returns the lesser value item has been my favourite method I have tried never seems to fail (Touch Wood)

I could, but the demand is not very high.

The refund isn't approved until now. I am still waiting for the support to answer my claim.
