I could, but the demand is not very high.
Irrespective of how much the Item sells for, you'll still end up profiting.

If you return It on legit grounds, you're not making a single dime.

Update: They want me to sign a declaration of an oath / stat dec.

The document states that incorrect information can have legal consequences and that they may also file criminal charges against unknown.

I have recently has success getting around this using COVID as an excuse. However stat dec is just for insurance purposes, so not something to be overly concerned about

@mothered Do you think im good to go?
I am a little worried about this, as the document says that you may file a criminal complaint against unknown.
They also said I should fill out the affidavit by hand. If anything, I would do this with Adobe.

Is It a stat dec or an affidavit?

If you could briefly explain the differences, it would be very helpful. According to Google Translate, I am sure that it is an affidavit.

The context of each document, differs depending on locality and whom It was Issued by.

Is It possible to post It here In an edited form by removing your details?

An affidavit Is a legally binding document, hence I always recommend not to sign one.

It may well only be used to move forward with your claim, but there's always the possibility of action being taken by the company. Ultimately, It's your call.

So whenever signing these documents can't you just fake your signature? It wouldn't be a real issue would it. If the item was delivered to your house address. Essentially what's the real difference between these two documents though @mothered. l guess an affidavit is more serious than an oath. Right?
