Is my account in good standing ? #1
When i first found out about refunding I availed myself of some of the services being offered on the dark web. These services claimed that there was no communication between the different Amazon regions with regards to customer service and refunds so you could hit each one in quick succession with no repercussions (could someone please clarify this through a contemporary lens) so I en devoured to do exactly that.

My location is UK and my first order was for a refund north of 500 GBP on .co.uk which went off without a hitch so i saved some money in preparation for the next refund.

The next refund order was placed on .fr and was for south of 500 GBP which also came through successfully however i received the following email immediately after:

Hello,

It appears from your account that your parcels often have difficulty being delivered to you.

Although we understand that there may exceptionally be an item missing on receipt / a package lost during a delivery, the number of requests for "package not received" / "item missing" on your account clearly exceeds this occasional nature.

We take the liberty of drawing your attention to the fact that in the absence of respect for our conditions of use, we may be forced to close your account.

Please note that closing a customer account results in the loss of the right to use the gift voucher balance available on the account. Indeed, Amazon gift certificates are neither redeemable nor transferable.

For any question concerning your account, you can contact us by email at the following address: cis@Amazon.fr

Thank you for your understanding.

This email was received from cis@Amazon.fr and was in french so it had to be translated but notice how they included 'Amazon.co.uk' at the end too ? This all suggests to me that the different regions were/are indeed in contact regarding CS matters.

With all that said the reason for this post is to ascertain whether it is now safe for another SE on said account. It is my main account and probably nearing 10 years old if not longer with the aforementioned SEs being the only one's on the account and countless legit orders have been made since the events outlined. Have had a prime sub on there too for a number of years.

I really don't want to lose this account but this was over 5 years ago so im not sure if the slate has been wiped clean or whether a warning like that stays on there indefinitely.

Also as a bit of trivia the guy I bought the refunding service from was called Trivial Engineer and seemed to be quite popular for his services on dark markets back then, anyone know him ? He did a bang up job.

If you don't want to lose it, then you have to buy orders from Amazon in legit way and don't do "package not received" / "item missing" SE methods. I don't know the time about which the account gets back to it's normal standing but maybe half year? or something like that. I'm talking about ordering things in that half of year without writing to Amazon and saying that you have problems with them or else they can just close your account.
I don't believe in what I say. Everything is just fictional and made for a good laugh.

I don't answer PM.

Its been more than 5 years since the situation outlined above with zero issues / SE attempts. I feel like it may be safe at this point but wanted to check with the lovely folk of Sinisterly.

In my opinion then everything should be fine. A lot of time then passed and you should not have any problems doing the SE again.

In my experience, amazon "issues" expire after you pass ALL of these conditions:
1. passed 2 months since warning email
2. order 3 times, can be very low value items during the 2 months
3. have 1 successfull return during the 2 months

every time I got warning I did this on given account and could continue refunding just fine even 3 times in a row with big values.
I then obviously swapped account and been refunding the other account until the first one cooled down.
then next account and so on
Please try this out and let me know about your results
