I want to create another amazon account, after SEing on the same account/address atleast 4 times, I need to change accounts.

Would it be possible to use a new device, use a VPN? Or would I need more steps to SE again, without them knowing it's me?

Yes, new IP and Payment , address.

Amz is very good at linking accounts with the same address now (no matter how you try to write the address differently). So if you creating this new account with same address a SE on it could trigger account flag/ban on old accounts with a lot of SE on them.

Amazon Is exceptionally good at detecting multi-accounting, so change every Identifiable detail - device Included.

I would use a virtual box also. don't forget such tool as mac address changer I use it all the time.

I was thinking if I could type my address in my country's native language (gaelic) as no one actually speaks this from day to day, it may not be picked up. What do you think of this method?

Do they store previously saved addresses? I.e if there was 2 address on the account at one stage and one was subsequently removed. Would they still link that address to the original account?
