Train your staff against SEing. The Awareness factor kicks In. They acquire the Skill set. Then apply their Know-how to fend off attacks.

I'm french and i use the SE tuto of you forum but now for logitech it's didn't work but i have a tips for you, you need a friend or member of forum "hacking" who can understand and he have a logitech product who want SE and use her SN when the support need a picture of product with the support number ask you friend for give it.
