It's not difficult to do (crack) but although It runs smoothly for the most part, It Is known to fail at the best of times and that's where the Issues begin.

If I were reliant on Adobe, I too, would've moved to alternatives.

I for one think its overpriced. If I were Adobe id lower the price, thus more people are less willing to go to cracking methods. Businesses can probably handle it but the average person, I dont think so. Cracking is always on the table of course. Just find a trusted source and your set.

I wouldn't trust a crack unless I did it myself to be honest

That's a good point. I used to use a cracked version of CS5 or CS6 (I can't remember which), and I had a couple issues with it. I don't think I can deal with things going wrong part-way through a project nowadays. I'm a pretty slow worker with these things (simply due to a lack of practice and familiarity) so that may be why I'm petrified of losing work. Still, I would find it hard to commit to a program I couldn't trust or afford legitimately.

I just find it strange you can't get a desktop application that is more individual consumer friendly. Surely they could release a different version that maybe didn't have ALL the features, so that the common person may utilize it. Even on a subscription basis, for budgeting reasons, it's still overpriced no matter how many months you spread the cost across. If it were a few bucks a month for a simplified or older version, I would be down for that.

Personal opinion, its reasonable as long as you're using it professionally and do well enough that you are having profit, but it's not aimed at hobbyists like myself.

I would say they need an edition for people who don't do it professionally, but I can't see how they'd do that without cutting essential functions, which I think is why they are using the model they are.

CC from the beginning was always about the professionals.

Pirating it is simpler if you aren't doing it professionally.

Absolutely agree.

They (Adobe) well and truly know the demand for their products, both professionally and from the average consumer, therefore providing a subscription-based service with a cost of that magnitude Is a win-win situation for them. If there was a competitor with a similar service/product (as an alternative) offering half the cost, I bet we'd see a few changes In Adobe's structure, namely their pricing.

I think the Adobe Products are worth their price.
Even when you dont have much money, like as a student, you get a good discount on the proucts imo.

Can't deny at all that they are overpriced. Even for how great their software is, its still way overprice. However, if I had it to spend I wouldn't mind because I use it that much.

Cracking is an option of course.

Overpriced: Yes. Would I pay anyways: Yes.

I'd say it's pretty expensive, that's why mine is cracked.
