Yesterday I received information that the payment is being processed and will be received soon

on the infoline and in chat I was assured yesterday that blocking the account would have no effect on the refund
Do you have a record of all communications above?

Yes, I have it all. I took screenshots of the communication in the chat room

Good work.

You can use It In your defence to have the refund processed.

Frankly, I am at a standstill, they drive me in a circle and all the time asking to wait 24-48 hours and so every day. All stalled by the fact that they (department of account management - there is no direct communication with them, but only through the mail) do not want to unlock my account, and poor me in a deadlock.

Everything looks like this: I call the infoline, they say that they see the return and everything is fine, but it would be nice if the account is unlocked (some say that you need to unlock the account, others do not). They say they will write a letter to the right department and so on in a circle.

As I said above, I have screenshots: dialogue where they confirm the refund 3 different consultants; also there is a screenshot of the account with the words refund total and the green numbers.

But all this makes no sense, I live literally in Groundhog Day, every day the same thing in the course of communication with support I stand still and do not move anywhere.

I fully understand your position and frustration.

The upside Is, you're able to get In contact by phone to the Infoline, so ask them to forward you to another department that can process the refund. Don't get off the phone until your concern Is addressed.

Thanks for the advice, I really appreciate your time and attention.

But it all rests on what they say and insist that they have no direct connection with the department which deals with unlocking accounts. They send an email and ask to wait 24-48 hours. When this time passes, nothing happens, as the answer does not come or even silence, and everything starts over again. Infoline consultants say they have no influence on the department and the only thing they can do is send them emails. It's a closed triangle. Therefore, talking to the infoline does not give the desired result because this department does not have the authority.

Of course, it is possible that my account has already been flagged, but they do not tell me about it and just procrastinate, I do not know.

I’ve been reading lots of cases on Google that amazon closed account that had too many refund and that it was a hassle to get the refund back. It seems that they are just ghosting once the customer receives an off mail for too many refunds.

I’m avoiding amazon as hell for the last weeks since they patched Amazon.fr and amazon.de

Good luck with getting your account back. I think this has to be the first step. Then you can ask the status of your refund once the account is unblocked.

Let us know !

Thank you for your response!

There have only been two orders here, one of them legitimate and the other a refund. I think it's just an unfortunate set of circumstances. I don't see a way out yet. You're right, they just feed promises and that's it.

So far I have done everything possible, but German Amazon is ruthless to me. I think the blocking is virtually unrealistic. I will wait another week and call them every day. In fact, this is the tactic that Infoline's support recommended to me. Call and ask to send requests until they are approved by the right department

Understood.

You've got nothing to lose, so don't give up. Keep pounding them with emails/calls. Eventually, you'll get the response you're after.

My account was unlocked but the refund is gone lol, I don't think I will get the money anymore, I logged into my account and took additional screenshots of messages from them where they said the refund is approved and waiting to be processed, but I doubt they will make me a refund... What should I do next boss?

I don't remember every event of your claim, so did you forward the above evidence to Amazon?
