Very Nice thread. I loved it. This the first time I have read this thread though. I tried these out using an online php interpreter. I have installed php module on netbeans but I am having trouble running the scripts. I have done the configuration as well as mention in the netbeans official site. My php version is 5.4 , php scripts are not running on my local host though I have lamp and apache installed. At present I am running the php scripts on remote server (via FTP) through netbeans but still I have no idea why it isn't working on local host.
As far as I have seen php is quite easy to learn, what I am interested in is increasing or tightening the security. Maybe you can give some links for that I mean some tips or links that provide tutorials on how to improve security and protect against SQLi and XSS. I have read the basics of preventing XSS and SQLi but I want to know something more advanced. I prefer weblinks rather than reading a book for php.
