Interesting information about Steam 11-01-2022, 05:31 PM

Hey everyone,
I recently succeeded in SEing a Steam Deck directly from the Steam Store.
In doing so I found some interesting information that I wanted to share with you, in case you wanna try SEing them.
1. They know the SN of the product they send you. Also warranty only applies to the original buyer, so the SN method will most likely fail.
2. When returning the product, they asked me to print two labels, one to put inside of the box, and another for outside.
When I told them that I didn't even open the package, they said that it was okay for me to open it and place the label inside.
What this means is that SB will fail, as they will check the box when it arrives.
3. In Europe, their warehouse is located in The Netherlands, and their repair center is in Germany.
4. Product was shipped with GLS the first time, and the return was picked up by UPS.
I hope this will be helpful in your attempts.
Good luck!
